    Update.. I lost 2 lb over the past week, so I changed my SW to 207 to start off this months challenge.

    Just started MFP April 1st! This is a great challenge for me to do! I am 52 a runner and having a hard time taking off 5 lbs from Christmas. I really would like to lose 13-15. Reading up I'm realizing I need weight training in addition to running. I'm going to measure & take photos as suggested to STAY MOTIVATED!

    A bit more than 5 lbs but I'm up a bit in weight due to an extravagant weekend so I'm hoping ~1lb of it is water weight which would make my target for April 6lbs which seems doable!
    Also it would mark my entering...the 12 stones!!! A very exciting territory for me as a British loser ;)

    This is just what I need to achieve my targets and ultimately my goal weight of 120lbs. I shall be jogging 5km for five days for 45 mins a week so let's see if that works!

    What's new this week well I have been taking "Apple cider vinegar" with every meal is tastes horrible but when you see the benefits then I shall give this a try. Also started drinking green tea in the morning and more protein at breakfast so I feel fuller for longer. Good luck folks and let's do this!!
