Circuit training workouts for knee injury

Hi everyone,
I have a small meniscus tear in my left knee, so as far as running goes, I'm sidelined for a couple weeks.
What are some good circuit training workouts to stay active? Are there any to help rehab my knee, while also targeting major muscle groups?
Thanks!

I can't give you rehab advice since I'm not a medical professional. But I do suggest that this is a great time to focus on upper body exercises (pushup variations, pullup/chinup variations) and strengthening core.0
