Did a total of seven miles today!
Working on doing more on my bike. Just riding every other day for about three weeks and then four days and I want to ride five days a week.
Walked two miles and rode five.
7 miles + 14 miles = 21 miles!0 -
4/1 - 12.5 miles @ 16.6mph
4/3 - 9 @ 18mph
4/4 - 9 @ 18mph

Ran my first official 5K today! And got in about a mile of walking in for warm up.

First walk of the month, but put in 6.75 miles - felt great - headed for 120+ in April!0

Don't know WHY but I can't seem too get the 'TICKERS' too work on my end today...grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
ANYWAY walked with my doggies and also did a smaller slower walk in the stores.....oops EDIT..almost forgot too add and also the Exercise bike for 22 minutes......

Did a four mile hike today and then turn around and did a cemetery walking tour.
Total of five miles!
21 + 5 miles = 26 miles0 -
Biking.................120+ Miles...
I am 7 miles in thus far for april 1
6 miles in before midnight for april 1,
Total 13 miles for the day. 10 more days ill hit this goal lol
No Miles for today to report but i'll be back on the job tomorrow I needed a recoupe day after getting home at midnight

is there a reason why the # is 120? anyhoo, sounds like a great challenge! This is a rare post for me, so it's got me interested!
I am going to do:
a combined walk/run 120 (can't run that much yet! have had a lot of injuries in the past).
bike 120 X2!
so that's kind of like doing all 3!
so far in April I have done:
walk/run: 13 miles
bike: 24 miles
those little tickers are cool!! Will to figure out how to add them!0 -
Can someone please explain hoe to add the exercise ticker to the bottom? Do you add it each time ? thanks for any help!!!
