Around 61lbs in 14 months, roughly works out at a 1lb a week loss. SW was 196ish (can't be 100% accurate, didn't like getting on scales back then!).

Just finished 6 weeks of cardio exercises (25 to 50 minutes everyday). I didn't weight myself before starting and don't have a set of scales to weight now. I have gone from size 42 pants to size 38 pants.

118 lb in a little over 5 years.

2008-2011 - 35 lb lost by walking about 20X more and eating a bit less fast food/Starbucks but not counting calories or eating all that healthy.

2011-2013 - 10 lb lost by going pescetarian (I've since returned to eating meat), eating healthier food, but exercising just sometimes (not regularly).

2013-present - 73 lb lost (haven't updated my ticker yet with the latest 2 lb loss, I wait until it's sustained over a number of days) by counting calories on MFP and making better/smarter food decisions while exercising very regularly (but nothing super ambitious in that realm, just walking, hikes & bike rides 3 or 4 times a week).

I lost the first 150 pounds in 11 months, then another 9 more the next 3 months for a total of 159 pounds. I've been maintaining and toning the last 2 months.

Weelll, it would be 11.4 lbs since last September--- but I slacked off after losing the first few lbs-- I maintained the loss--, and did not restart in earnest until about 5 weeks ago.

I've lost 7 pounds in five weeks, which sounds really slow, but I didn't have a whole lot to lose in the first place, plus I'm small.
