Weelll, it would be 11.4 lbs since last September--- but I slacked off after losing the first few lbs-- I maintained the loss--, and did not restart in earnest until about 5 weeks ago.
I've lost 7 pounds in five weeks, which sounds really slow, but I didn't have a whole lot to lose in the first place, plus I'm small.0 -
60lbs since the day after Christmas. 320 -> 2600

Great job everyone! Keep it up! It is inspiring to hear everyone's success!0

Between my highest and when I started my "official" journey I lost 21 pounds. I started my official journey 01/01/2012 and lost 53 pounds that year. 2013 I maintained it. YTD I have lost another 25.8 pounds. So, total I am .8 pounds shy of 100 pounds down from my highest with another 67 to go.0

36 pounds in 4 months. It took me 5 years to gain it (looking at my medical records) so I figure that is pretty darn good!0

66 pounds in 2+ years. Yes, slow loser, but I am okay with that. First 30 pounds was in 5 months, but the rest was sloooow. I hit MONTHS to a YEAH of not weight loss movement at all. Almost at goal now.0

I am currently down 98 lbs from when I actually started on October 1, 21012. I was 270lbs at that time, however I was 279 at my highest in Jan 2012. I joined MFP in Jan of 2013 and am 2 lbs from my goal of weighing 170 lbs. I am 68 yrs old and 5"8 ". I don't really want to be thin, just healthy. I went from a 3X top to a ladies large and from a 22 pant to a 12 since October of 2012.
I have read all the posts under this topic and I would just like to say that age, amount to loose and health all will contribute to a persons weight loss. I was addicted to regular Pepsi for many years and since I started in Oct 2012 I have maybe had 2 Pepsi's and 2 Root Beer's. I do not drink anything but plain water and have done that for over a year. When I first started I gave up Pepsi and dropped 10 lbs a month for the first 3 months. Then the work started. Right now I am happy to loose 1 lb every 2 weeks. The closer you get to goal the harder your body will fight to hold those last 10 lbs.
I wish everyone success in their battle and hope that you all realize that this is a life style change and not a quick fix diet.0 -
10 pounds in 5 months. Don't hate! Slowly but surely.... Still have at least 15 to go.0
