    Wow you look great!! I am new to MFP and am losing extremely slow. What worked for you ? Any advice would be helpful. How did you get so thin??

    I am SO ecstatic! As of today, I reached my goal! I've lost 50 lbs!!! *happy dance*

    I started at 180.4 and now I'm down to 130.4. I'd like to lose another 5-10 lbs but 50 lbs was THE goal that I set for myself when I joined MFP and I'm so proud of myself for accomplishing this!

    Great job! I'm at 47lb lost and so close to my first 50! I still have a long way to go, but coming up on my first mini goal feels great.
