1 Healthy Life reduced sodium mulitgrain English muffin (80 cals)
1 Laughing Cow Garlic and Herb cheese wedge (35 cals)
1 hardboiled large egg (50-70 cals)

Toasted the muffin, spread the cheese, slice the egg, sandwich together, and YUM! 13 grams of protien and 19 carbs=full tummy for longer!

Good gravy! Breakfast in under 200 calories!!! I know for sure that would not satiate *me* for long, but glad it works for you!

I make mini quiches and use them in place of your hard boiled egg - but other than that, what you do is just what I do. =) I love the english muffin/laughing cow/egg combo - great sandwich!!! (Is also good with a Morningstar Sausage patty!)

I guess I should mention that this is my "first breakfast!" I have another 200-ish calorie breakfast around 10.
