315 in December '12 now 252 in April 14. 63 lbs. in a year and a half. All exercise and unmonitored eating until beginning of March of this year. 13 of those lbs came as i blasted through a plateau using MFP for the last 5 weeks! It is true that weightloss is 25% gym and 75% kitchen. My goal of 240 by mid-may (bringing to total to 73 lbs) is in sight! I'm cool with the realtively slow pace of my weightloss journey - seems more sustainable.

Just curious on what people have lost in what time frame?
So, how much weight have you lost so far and how long has it taken you?

172 lbs in 14.5 months (156lbs of that was in 1 year) .. maintained for summer... did a bulk from August-January , went up to 220lbs... now back on my way down... weighing in at 205lbs.

I weighed 340 pounds and am now 327. I've lost about 13 pounds in 2 1/2 - 3 months JUST by cutting out most sodas and caffeine. I only drink Root Beer if I want soda and no more than 2 cups. I have gone to drinking mainly water and cutting down my calories slowly. I was eating 2,000+ then went down to 2,000 then to 1,800 and now I'm at 1,500 calories a day.

The first ten pounds came off quick, I'm guessing from the sudden change of doing this cold turkey? But now I'm losing about 2-3 pounds a month by doing nothing but eating better. I'm going to bed exercising here soon though!

I have lost 22lbs in seven weeks! Grant it ,the 1st week or 2 was water weight, I am feeling GREAT and look forward to what the future holds with my life, as eating healthier and being more physically fit, it allows me to do things I generally couldn't do!!! Keeping it one day at a time and focused on my goals :-) WHAT A GREAT TOPIC!!!
