So I've lost 60lbs so far by mainly doing cardio. Now I'm stuck at this weight and wondering if I should start doing more weights.

Any suggestions as to how I go about doing this?

Will I see results?

The great thing about weight training is you get toned and you get more of what some call the "afterburn"--meaning after you've finished working out, your body continues to burn calories from that session. If you don't have equipment, you can start with simple squats, lunges, pushups, tricep dips, etc. There are a lot of resources on YouTube for workouts that build in strength training. It might just be the extra push your body needs to bust through this plateau. Best of luck!
