Hi All,
.This challenge starts tomorrow december 22 nd and ends tuesday december 28tht.I hope you'll all join me. Good luck.Please try to post your progress daily.

This is the format I'd like to see people using.This way we can all see the way you're burning your calories.Who knows maybe it's a way others would like to try!!



Weekly Goal: 10000 calories

Wed:- calories burned (how they were burned)
Thur:calories burned (how they were burned)
Fri: calories burned (how they were burned)
Sat:calories burned (how they were burned)
Sun:calories burned (how they were burned)
Mon: calories burned(how they were burned)
Tues:calories burned(how they were burned)


Total:

    10000 is alot of Calories, I am not sure I could meet that goal. I will try:cry:

    I don't think I can do 10,000 but I can give this a go at least! Heck. It definitely won't hurt me right? LOL!

    ohhhhh this is gonna b 2 easy 4me......
    i burn approx 450 - 500 calories daily ( by wearin a perdometer )
    plus i am very active at the gym.... so i am in 4 sure ........:wink:

    This is the format I'd like to see everybody use.10,000 calories is the goal I set for myself & have successfully completed in the past.The reason why we post our daily calorie burn & how we did it is to show others how it can be done.I have done it mainly by riding my bike.Living in Florida and being retired I have a lot of time & opportunity to do it this way.This week however will be tough.I'm going to be in Massachusetts without my bike so 10,000 is probably unattainable.I will however give it my best shot .hey any burn is better than no burn ..So good luck all & Merry Christmas!!
