No more trouble zones… omg !

So I am new to the whole workout thing. It's been almost a month. I started off not being able to do 5 minutes on my elliptical, I can now do 45 at a pretty high incline and resistance. Go me!

I got a few of Jilian Michaels DVDs… I found 30 day shred to be a good place for me to start. I still break a sweat, but no longer want to die after it!

Well, I just started no more trouble zones, and why is Jillian Michael's trying to kill me??? I need to press pause every few minutes!

It's not really a Jillian Michaels DVD if you don't think she's trying to kill you is it?

I bought nmtz, and did it every other day for two weeks or so...Got up to level two...but to be honest I can't balance, so it wasn't right workout for me.
However in that sort time, the shape of my butt was changing for the better....
I need to go back and just do the butt exercises..but on ripped in 30 at mo.

I got the video from YouTube, I've been doing it for almost a month, and I'm seeing results! It's pretty hardcore though. By the 3rd week, I was able to do most of it with 5 pound weights instead of 3. I feel pretty strong now. However, I have to take a breath between circuits myself. For about 30 seconds, every 4 minutes or so, it's very intense.

Is there a level 2 or 3?? I didn't know this, I didn't buy the DVD, I just got it off YouTube.

I do all ciruits, roughly 56 minutes (Warm-up, cool-down included)

Unless you mean a different circuit? Because I do it beginning to end, 6 times a week. lol

It seemed pretty easy for me. I did a Fitness Blenders workout in half the time and it made me sore for days!!

It definitely seems easier now, after nearly a month. I may circulate this and level 3 from the 30 Day Shred, and something else to tone up a stubborn section, like my calves or arms. Every couple of days, I mean.

No, there isn't,I was confusing it with killer buns and thighs. Sorry.

Nmtz is great, it's the one that shaped my butt...I just struggle to commit to the whole hour, and instead moved on to ripped in thirty.
