I only do Spin class

So, i've worked with a PT in the past, doing 3 sessions a week for 30mins with weights, and I had little to no progress.
I know all about muscle gain burning more fat, weights more than fat, blah blah blah - i get it. But I don't think it works for me, or more, it doesn't work as i'd like it.
I have only really found results from cardio, and before anyone pipes up with 'skinny fat' or 'no tonning' I know this, but I want fat loss as my highest priority, and I've found that it comes fastest for me with cardio.
I hate weights, and weight training. I can do it perfectly fine, but I hate it. I am not a lucky person that loves to lift, and I can't fake that I do.
The point of my post is to know if anyone else is on the same page as me, or feels they get better results from cardio, because i'm tired of being told I should do weights, when I'm the one that can see the difference in the mirror from cardio, and not weights.

I lift now, but I previously lost 75lbs doing nothing but eating right and lots of cardio.
If you want to find some weight training that doesn't completely bore you to tears, look for something that combines cardio and strength training. I loved Karna Camp (http://www.karnafitness.com/) but my trainer quit doing the classes. It's high intensity cardio combined with strength training that rarely involves dumbbells - you use bands and your own body weight most of the time.0 -

THANK YOU!
I was seriously sick of being told 'weights weights weights'.
I totally get that it builds muscle, tones you up (as previously said) but I want to loss fat. I want my shape to be smaller, and I personally feel cardio works best for me.
Thanks for the advice.0 -
Sure thing, I hope it helps! Honestly I would still be doing rounds of Karna Camp if there was an instructor in my area. I do lift now but it is also part of an interval training program (just with more emphasis on lifting and less on cardio).
Lifting heavy does seem to be the popular choice now (and it has it's benefits for sure) but I developed a significant amount of strength doing interval training - and it's what I like doing! No two workouts are the same, I don't have to think about what I need to do because I have an instructor making the workout plans for me, and training in a group has always, always worked better for me than one-on-one personal training for motivation.0 -
different training=different physique
do whatever makes you happy and move along0 -
Do what you like. There is no rule that says you have to do strength training. Spin class is awesome, and if it is working for your goals, keep it up.0

I ride a bike.
That's good enough for me.0
