I started trying to lose weight 5 weeks ago started off @ 217 pounds am now 203. started exercising two weeks ago but I bunked today sadly :sad:

Look up the top you have a row of tabs.....MY HOME/FOOD/EXERCISE/REPORTS/TOOLS/COMMUNITY click Tools and weight loss ticker is in there.0 -
