looks to me like youve got 940cals left for the day.
can you shift anything to make it fit?
how did you determine 1270cals/day was right for you?
No idea...lol
One of the driving factors behind 1270 (if you used MFP) is "I want to lose XX pounds a week"
The problem with "I want to lose XX pounds a week" is that some people put in (too) aggressive weekly weight loss goals. Check an online TDEE / BMR calculator ..... those are basically maintenance calories / bare minimum calories. These numbers will give you a better idea...1270 may be low for you

I mix a teaspoon of coconut oil with unsweetened cocoa powder, if it's too liquid, pop it in the freezer for a minute. It tastes like an almond joy0

When I'm craving chocolate, I eat chocolate. If my calories are tight, I'll have a single square of Green and Black 85%, usually, which is 21 calories, but rich and satisfying enough it soothes the craving.
If you go over by 21 (or even 42) calories, it's not going to make much difference in your life. Only problem is your neighborhood convenience store may not have the super-dark chocolate.
Add a little peanut butter and it's even better. I can't stand milk chocolate anymore, either, since I started eating that.0 -
Sniff Cocoa powder. All the chocolate goodness with 0 cals.0

Fiber one Chocolate brownies. 90 calories. Your welcome, LOL!
Love these! The lemon ones are pretty good too.0 -
mmm chocolate. I need chocolate.
I get the Thinsations. There are a few varieties of chocolate. The best chocolaty ones are the fudge dipped bars. Thinsations are all 100 calories.
Special K also is starting to come out with new items that are good. There chocolate crisps are good as well as the cookies and creme ones. (those are 100 calories for 2 crisps) Yesterday I got their dark chocolate flavored granola bar. They are 110 calories. I will let you know when I finish my lunch if it was good.0 -

Either Starbucks' hot cocoa packets mixed with a cup of unsweetened almond milk (100-120 calories per packet, 30 calories for almond milk), or an entire pint of Arctic Zero's Cookies & Cream 150 calorie frozen dairy dessert so good! Some people don't like it too much since it does have a slight texture similar to Italian ice, but if you let it thaw out or microwave it a little as suggested, I find it to be a very creamy indulgence! May be worth trying out, it's nice to have something so low in calories fill you up while satisfying a craving no artificial sweeteners in it, either, just natural monk fruit juice extract!0

I crave chocolate after sex. Is that weird?0

I love chocolate, but I rarely have chocolate "cravings". If I kept chocolate in my desk or nightstand in the event that I did have one, I'd eat the whole bag/bar in one sitting. It works best for me if I don't keep it on hand at all, and that way I don't even think about it. If I DID regularly have chocolate cravings, I'd go get some Skinny Cow chocolate turtles - my boss gave me a bag of these as a thank you awhile back and they were awesome. Luckily, I haven't had moments like that.
Now that I think of it, I rarely have cravings at all. I get hungry and I eat, but I hardly every think, "oh, I really really want some _____." I mean, Chinese food always sounds good, but I don't necessarily "crave" it.0 -
Dove dark chocolate. i just have one piece and let it slowly melt in my mouth. that usually does it for me
Ohhhh yeah.0 -

mix a little bit of cocoa into cottage cheese if you don't have any chocolate around.
It is delicious0 -
If I crave chocolate I eat some - Usually I have 70+% bars at home and i eat a portion that fits my day (more I just let a portion dissolve in my mouth and savour it) fixes the craving and dark chocolate is good for you anyway (High in anti oxidants)
I also eat raw cacao nibs sometimes in my yogurt0 -

I was about to comment on hurtful or derogatory name calling. Then I looked it up and realized that is what cigarettes are sometimes called in the UK. All's good. Carry on.0 -

My new favorite for chocolate cravings is Chocolate Cheerios! Only 100 cals for 3/4 cup...................and it's actually kinda good for you, so I usually have 2 SERVINGS! Really nice crunch & chocolate taste.
Although sometimes only CHOCOLATE will do
Eat on, my friends!0 -
Look up ChocolateCoveredKatie in Google. I know, it sounds a little sketchy, but it's just a blog of healthy, vegan recipes. She has everything from sweet breakfasts to 5 minute desserts and she includes the nutrition facts for you! You can make a few dozen super healthy cookies to keep around for your chocolate cravings!0

semi-sweet chocolate chips I count out 8 or so... then if I need more.. another 8... repeat as necessary. Brown Cow chocolate yogurt is good, it's just hard to find where I live.0
