SO FRUSTRATING! LIKE WITHDRAWAL!

Got off track for 2 weeks with awful consequences.. BAM!... 8 pounds on.. LIKE WHAT IS THAT!! Hate having to be set back. Day 1 eating clean was rough.. Anyone else find the first 2 days are almost like withdrawal? Intense cravings?? I swear allllll I can think about is food!!

    I take that away with caffeine in some migraine headache medicine.

    WHen we start to realize the difference from true hunger to just THINKINg we are hungry that is when we start to really get better. Many times we eat because we are bored, or think we need to because it is that time of day, or because we mistake hungry for just really being thirsty

    Then why start eating raw right away? I would try to ease into it if that is something you want to do.

    I don't eat raw so I don't see how people can do it anyways.

    You don't want to just sacrifice everything you like...it's not going to be sustainable in the long run.

    Yes its very hard. When I let go of carbs I was in the fetal position for a few days. Some of your weight might be water weight though
