    This is a before and during. Haven't reached my GOAL yet but I'm working on it :) Funny thing is when I look in the mirror I don't see the 80 lb difference.

    Well, you need a new mirror! I was thinking your after picture looks more like your daughters picture (if you have one) as you look years younger. Great inspiration!

    I don't want to say just "congratulations, you all look wonderful", although that's an important thing to say.

    What I want to say more than anything is thank you for sharing, for posting your pictures and telling your stories. That motivation is very meaningful to those of us who have just started and can no longer remember when we had a waistline.
