    That is awesome. I really need to step up my lifting. Even when I weighed 155 (a lifetime ago), I didn't look that awesome and strong!

    Thank you sooo much for posting this. I am the same height and at 149. I do not look nearly like you do, because I have had a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that I do not have to run 3 miles to get the body I want. I need to lift to get the body I want.
