How many calories does the thigh gap exercise burn?

Anyone have any idea how many calories the thigh gap exercise burn
It includes:
35 squats
15 lunges (per leg)
50 second wall sit
40 toe touches
25 leg lifts (for each leg)

I repeat it twice. I get really hot and sweaty doing this and feel like I have done a really intense workout.

Btw I am not aiming to get a thigh gap

    I'd just log it as 20 mins of aerobics and see what MFP gives you. Would expect about 110cals or something like that.

    Lol, good for you. Thigh gap is bascially a completely fabricated "concern".

    I'm glad your not aiming for a thigh gap, as genetics would play a big role in that anyway and it's usually a term used by pro Ana / thinspo advocates. but to answer your question, just log it as aerobics and see what it says maybe? I can't see that burning very much though.
