"Putting on muscle as a natural athlete actually takes a very long time, a lot of consistency, and definetly patience. If putting on muscle were that easy you would see a lot more big bulky women"
This should be wriiten on every thread started by someone who started on the elliptical 2 weeks ago, who posts a topic thinking they gained muscle.
More Words of wisdom from Eric. Thank you.0 -
I just want to tone my flabby arms a little....:ohwell:0

For your information I started THREE weeks ago... now admire my swell with abandon. :glasses:0 -
@1:35 BAAHAHAHAHAHAH
That Was GREAT!!!! I couldn't stop laughing.
Anyway, I think that women who post stuff like "I don't want to get bulky" aren't working nearly hard enough to get cut let alone bulky. Also, I don't think they exercise at all.
To me, TO ME (that means MY opinion which may be wrong), I think chicks write that stuff because they really aren't going to commit to fitness and just need a great justification to not do it.
That's just me.0 -
But wait! Everyone knows that doing the mini trampoline for 4 days will get you swole!!!!0

People seriously think they gained muscle from two weeks on the elliptical? Oh god. I can't imagine what I've done to my poor legs with all that muscle I mysteriously haven't gained from a year of the elliptical. :noway:0 -

Just wait. We are due for a "my legs are bulky/how to slim down my thighs" thread where the OP says they gained SO MUCH MUSCLE and are getting bulky....and they do an hour on the elliptical....or something like that.
It's a common thing and yet pictures of the overabundance of muscle that are requested aren't ever seen.0 -
