I can't figure out how to stay in my calorie target

My goal is 1500. Some days I have 1600, some days I have 1400. Some days i'm at 1550, some days I'm at 1420. I work out five days a week, strength and cardio. I have no issues with working out, i'm just trying to understand if I need to be at exactly 1500 every day, or if its alright to be over by a little bit everyday. I know I shouldn't be 100 calories over, but for example, yesterday I was at 1627, and today I'm at 1432. Day before I was at 1634, and the day before that I was at 1470. I don't know if it is possible to hit exactly 1500 every time, and I don't know if its alright for me to be a little bit under or a little bit over. HELP!

    don't sweat the small stuff...

I go over and under all the time...I just ensure I am in a weekly deficet (most of the time) and it's working.

That's fine. You can't expect to hit your number perfectly every day. If you're averaging out to where you need to be, good job!

You really dont have to hit the same number every day. As long as you are reasonably close under or over then dont worry too much.

Chill out, friend. As long as your average calorie number is less than maintenance, you will lose weight. The more you go over, the more slowly you will lose, but if you are within 100 calories either way of your goal I would consider it met.
