      Good job I have just reached a mile stone in my weight loss I went under 200lbs. yesterday and have lost 46 lbs. I am within 19lbs. of reaching my goal and it feels so good to be back where my weight is manageable. Way to go cath you have done a great job!

      great job. I am trying to do exactly what you did. not diet, just count calories. Do you mind saying what you started out eating in calories. I know everyone is different but I am just curious.
