My brother in law (who works at Cadbury's) has just brought me a carrier bag FULL of chocolates, do I sit here chewing my fingers or help my partner and girls tuck in???????? I think 'will power' has popped out to lunch :(

Just eat one serving, count your calories.

Repeat tomorrow, or later tonight, or right meow.

    totally up to you!

Me, I would eat a serving everyday until it was gone, then ask for more!

I think we need a definitive list of the aforementioned chocolates so we can decide.

Cadbury's chocolate is ok but it's not awesome. The raw dark handmade chocolate I just sent my mum, one with cinnamon and one with mint and sweetened with dark agave is awesome. Just have a little now and then or give it away if you can't control it.

Incredibly mean... Try your best to limit yourself though. If you feel like you can't limit yourself to one serving, hand it off to someone else. I know I can't resist chocolate. >.> So I try not to have it in the house... and fail haha. Though I have noticed that my sweet tooth is slowly disappearing as I make my diet healthier. Enjoy an apple or banana, or some berries instead! Tastier and healthier for you. :)

Just think to yourself--- would you be happier if you had one serving today, and tomorrow, and the next day? Or would you be happier if you ate 8 today and got a stomach ache? You're not reaaaally enjoying sweets when you scarf them down. Have a little and savor it.

Find a friend, make them eat all of it then make sure to stand next to said friend so you look trimmer in comparison.

Or just set them aside and have one now and again with your logging and no big deal. Pretty sure those things have enough preservatives that they will be good for years.

    ew dark chocolate is disgusting

Nah dark is the way to go man, none of this sickly sweet milk chocolate nonsense. Give me that 80% with nibs bitter any day.
