No, don't, put the pie back!

Sorry for the title, my fingers were day-dreaming, anyway. Hello ladies and gents!

UK male here, started a diet this time last month. I decided I should probrably move around a bit more too before my feet begin to take root. I only started fitnesspal a few weeks ago and so far I think it's working fine. I'm looking to aim for 12 stone (that's 168lbs - or 76.2 for you kilogram heathens) and then see how my image is from there. I started my diet at 15 stone 8lbs (218lbs - 98.8kg) and now I am currently 14 stone and 7 lbs (203lbs - 92kg) as of my last weighing log on Sunday.

I actually used a week before my diet to do my usual lifestyle and then weigh myself and then start the diet, just out of curiosity, I gained 2lbs. I am not a sportsman in any way what-so-ever. I don't run unless the building is on fire, I tried rowing once but the machine sank once I took it out the gym, I was tempted to try using some weights but I have muscles like knots in cotton. I usually give up easily in most things until I force myself to stick with it and really try, and I think I CAN do this. I've been told lots of times in life that I'm "Very trying", so I should be in with a chance... oh wait, just figured they meant something else.

2/3/2014 - 15 stone, 6lbs (216lbs - 97.9kg)
9/3/2014 - 15 stone, 8lbs (218lbs - 98.8kg) <-- Diet started hither
16/3/2014 - 15 stone, 3lbs (213lbs - 96.6kg)
24/3/2014 - 15 stone, 1lbs (211lbs - 95.7kg) <-- Started fitnesspal about here
30/3/2014 - 14 stone, 10lbs (206lbs - 93.4kg)
6/4/2014 - 14 stone, 7lbs (203lbs - 92kg)

I figured it was time to lose the weight before they invent voice activated televisions, then I'd never move again and my remote control stretching exercises would of all been in vain. I keep the scales at my grandmothers house otherwise I'd just keep checking and checking, so I weigh and log on a Sunday, but I do sometimes cheat and have a look in the week, but I don't log that, Sundays only.

So, here I am, looking forward to the journey ahead and helping others if I can. I don't drink (I could drink quicker than the breweries could brew it back in my twenties, I'm 32 now) and I don't particularly have a sweet tooth. The other good side is that I've noticed I am now kinda saving money on food, but I am slowly using more and more water to fill a bath - it's swings and roundabouts really, eh?

Good luck to you all.

    *A shameless bump*

A little quiet and drafty here, but I guess it was my own fault for writing a post almost containing a whole autobiography. Well done if you did read it all, your reward is in the post. As you can guess it's a struggle for me to be serious about these things, but I can be serious at times when it's needed and supportive.
