Has anyone done Jamie Eason's 12-week program? I'm starting tomorrow, just wondering other people's results.

    I started april 1st, day 11 today. It's alright. I do a boot camp as well so I stay sore all week and really use my rest days. It's good for beginners. I am down 2% body fat already, I am eating clean too.

    I did it about a year ago. It was my introduction into lifting. I loved it and it was a perfect start for me. The first few weeks are really hard not doing any cardio, but stick wtih it. I didn't follow the food part of it exactly, but did my own version of about the same macros. Good luck !!
