Hi Team,

52 year old who is looking to cut 20lbs after living the good life all these years. I lift weights with the least amount of cardio I can do; How do you get credit/calorie burn for strength training on this tool? Stevie

    My name is Robin...I need to lose around 25 lbs. Had surgery in 2008 and gained over 25 lbs. so at this time I am at 174 lbs, and I just feel like I can lose the weight. My son Ian set me up with this so I am using this as a source. I am just frustrated that the weight has not come off. I am 54 years old. I walk ans just started biking again. So the goal is to not only lose weight but get my self back into shape.
