Weight loss achieved..what Next ???

Weight loss goal achieved today..now confused what to do next..Have reached my ideal Ht-Wt but can still see some more fat left on waist & need to clear it to achieve my abs goal..any suggestions are welcome :)

    Sounds like you need to hit the gym? I am sure others will weigh in with specific exercises and approaches.

    I've been maintaining for a month and not much has changed. I still track food everyday and I still workout. I did bring back wine and drink a small amount a few days a week.

    I hit my goal in October 2013. Slowly upped my calories. Still lost a couple more. Its a guessing game really. I changed my GW multiple times.
    My new goal WEIGHTS! I was a cardio bunny now Im incorporating weights 2x a week.
    If you still see fat around your midsection you might need to lift or lose more. Congratulations to you for losing it though.

    Thanks guys ..yup i already hit the gym 12 days back & it's going good & there too my main aim is abs , so PT making me workout on my abs alternate days & weight training on others ..both mixed with some cardio

    woo hooo! Conratulations!!!! go for the muscle tone! Sometimes, people actually gain weight when they tone up and define their muscles!!! :)
