Time to get myself rejuvenated (again) and start fresh. This year is going to be a great one and I'm looking forward to being part of this community!

    You are SO right Tami - I'm looking forward to a much healthier year after having one filled with significant stress! Thanks for the encouragement! I joined a while ago, but didn't use the site - now I'm ready to be "back on the wagon"! :smile:

    This really does seem like a great place - very much like the Weight Watchers website, but the price is MUCH better!!! I like all the functions, particularly the recipe builder area. I'm looking forward to getting re-motivated. Maybe I'll go try to run... Thanks for your welcome!
