Body composition!

How can i make this happen? I would like to change my body composition if possible.I would like to add bulk to arms and legs while losing fat from belly.

I used the machines at the gym but no routine or trainer. Any suggestions!0

step away from the machines...move to the free weight section of the gym and try Stronglifts 5x5, starting strength or New Rules of lifting for women.
