A new approach

So I've tried all sorts of diets. Weight Watchers I've restarted a thousand times, tried the Skinny Chicks and Eat Clean approach, in which the foods are so healthy I cant make it to long. My Mom counts calories & she has lost her 15 pounds & is at her goal. My friend has just lost 11 the past month counting calories. Mom & my friend are smaller with not a lot to lose so its a slower process for them but it worked!! I love food, I really love beer & wine in which I will not give up. Counting calories nothing is restricted however I will try to combine my lean protein/carbs/healthy fats, will try to eat this combo every 3-4 hours for metabolism. I know processed packaged foods are not healthy. So there are no excuses, this is my desperate last try!! I have my niece wedding coming up in 6.5 months & I really need to drop a significant amount by then as I cant avoid pictures. My physical activity is limited so I got a little mini stepper in which I can do easily. Better than nothing & its a start. So tomorrow will be my official day to get started.
