For optimum endurance, eat Fyffes, and burn 2000 kcal a day like I do :drinker:0

Please stop quoting LoveMyVisi. Just report them for selling and block them. Quoting gives some form of credibility, even when you provide evidence why it's wrong.0

Probita is now exclusively my post-workout protein. I love not having to carry a water bottle plus a shaker everywhere!
My apologies for the previous poster who used this forum as a sales pitch. The website they provided was their own sales site, the company web site is www.visi-global.com. They also referred to Dalton's incorrectly. The term they should have used is NPU or net protein utilization. Probita has a near 100% NPU and is also 100% bio-identical, which no whey/soy/pea protein can claim.
Anyhow, I'm not going to try to sell anyone on it, but I wanted to clear up what was posted earlier. You all know how to use google, if you want to look up more information about collagen protein, or Probita specifically.0 -
I use mine in a different way.
As a morning on the go meal when I have no time, I make Bulletproof Coffee (2 tbs Coconut Oil, 1 tbs Butter, Coffee), 1 scoop of Choc protein powder, 1 tbs Flax meal. Whiz it up in a blender and you have a Hot Mocha Thickshake that will keep you full and on the go until mid afternoon!0 -
The best flavor I have found and I have tried tons is Intek Evolution any flavor! And Cellucor Cor-Fetti. So delish0

Mine tastes great. I use a Nutri Bullet and have 1 to 2 servings per day.
half bullet of baby spinach
1 scoop oOptimum Nutrition Whey Protein Isolate (extreme milk chocolate)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 banana
1/3 cup frozen blueberries (far better than using raspberries or strawberries as these leave pits, making the last portion of the shake a pain in the butt to drink)
= 233 calories, 27g protein0
