I work 40 hours/week and I workout at least 4 hours a week. Now that it's warmer I tend to get out for weekend walk/runs so it can go as high as 6 or 7 hours per week.

well I am a housewife at the moment so my work is never done being the maid, errand runner, paperwork do-er, grocery shopper, dish cleaner, laundry folder and my husband's favorite: the waitress. lol.. but I do workout twice a day at the least and hour or more. he says its okay right now to treat this like my job so that is what I am doing.

workout about 6-7 hours a week... probably be increasing now that the weather is nice and will be walking to the park daily.

Probably 50+ of work and 4-5 (depending on tennis on Saturday) hours of exercise. 6 if I go for a Sunday ride.

I work 44-52 hrs week and exercise about 3 hrs week above and beyond what I do at work. With warmer weather and longer daylight hours, I am hoping to up it to 5 hrs a week or more.

40 hours per week, with an hour and 15 min commute per day, and roughly 10 or more hours workout per week.

30 mins while at work, and 1.5 hours at home a day or more.(Not including weekend hours.)

    Work: 40 hours per week.

Workouts: I do 5 days a week most weeks. Cardio is about 20 minutes or so and weights are about 30-40 minutes. I also do about 30-60 minute walks most days.
