Too much skin!

I need help with excess skin. I've lost 80 lbs and my skin looks like hell. I moisturize like crazy, always have. Anyone have any non-surgical tips?

    keep hydrated and be patient.

    Lifting has helped keep mine fairly tight (yes I've had a baby and down almost 50lbs) but I notice if i don't drink enough water it looks "saggy"...

    I know with me I am going to have to continue to lift and stay hydrated for at least another year before it's back to "normal"

    Just want to say you're not alone! Mine is horrible. I've noticed a tiny improvement in the last month but yeah... I don't think I'll ever wear a bikini! And I did strength training the whole time I was losing too... The top of my thighs isn't pretty either, but oh well.

    I'm in desperate need of a thigh lift! I wonder if that's a thing?
