Eating at a deficit but not losing fat or lbs.

I lift 3x a week (doing NROLFW now) and do 2-3x 20 min HIIT sessions after lifting and an extra hour or so of cardio 1x a week..
Lifting and HIIT draw energy from the glucose in your muscles. The aerobic cardio does the fat burning. Instead of 1 long cardio session a week, try 30-45 minutes 3x a week. It doesn't have to be intense, only 55-85% maximum heart rate. For the most effective fat burning, do the HIIT workout first, or do a 5 minute warm up before the cardio to set your body to the fat burning stages.0 -
Heybales, thanks. I will do that if meticulously weighing all my food doesn't do the trick. I'm on a break week between stages of NROLFW right now, so it may not be the best time for me to try it (since I'll be switching up my workout next week).
