    Gonna try this... Looks good!

One question though... How big is a serving? How many servings does this make?

this is my problem also, I'm not good with serving sizes cause I would just eat the whole thing.

How big is the serving size to get 190 calories? The serving size alone of the Pasta with out adding in all of the other ingrediants is going to be around 200 per serving

    Just based off
    1680 Cals for Elbows
560 Cals for Sharp Light cheese
    220 for 1% milk
    156 3 Tbls of Flour

    GT of 2616 Cals

Based off quick grabs from the MFP Database
didn't calculate the rest of the stuff
but I figure a serving size is about 1/15 to 1/17
but if you sat and ate the whole thing probably close to 3000 calories

I'll just stick to the quick and ready mac single serving cups so I won't be tempted to eat it all :o)

Came in here to say something along these lines. To get 190 calories you are making "servings" that are around 1 to 1.25 oz uncooked pasta. Seriously, if you want mac&cheese, just make mac&cheese, enjoy it, log it correctly and move on. This is 190 calories the same way pie is....sure, if you cut the pieces small enough! :) My last mac&cheese was around 700 calories of awesome cheesy goodness.

If you want a seriously delicious Mac & Cheese, I'd recommend doing something along these lines:

    http://www.mountainmamacooks.com/2014/02/roasted-garlic-macaroni-and-cheese-with-a-pancetta-parmesan-crust/

1 head garlic, top 1/4 inch cut off
    olive oil for roasting garlic
8 oz pancetta, cut into bite size pieces
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1/4 cup chopped shallots
    3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    12 oz elbow macaroni
    3/4 cup heavy cream
    2 cups 2 % milk
    4 oz gruyere cheese, shredded
7 oz sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded
    salt and pepper
    3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
    1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
    2 tablespoons melted butter
