I have a question, How many carbs are you allowing yourself for the day. I have started seeing a np for my health care. She had suggested under 50 grms of carbs and between 60-80 protein and not to go over 100 a day..thoughts?

  • I'm trying to stay within the same limits. Weight is coming off slowly but surely. I'm also diabetic, and my blood glucose level has improved tremendously. Good luck on this journey.
