And here are the ingredients:
*60 grams banana
*5 tbsp all purpose flour
* 30 grams whey protein powder (i use Dr. Frank Whey Protein)
* 80 grams egg whites
*1 tsp baking powder
* Sweetener (Stevia/Splenda)
* Any spices & food dye you like (i used all spice and cinnamon and red food coloring)
And for the strawberry sauce i just microwaved 150 grams strawberries with 1 tbsp of stevia and 2 tsp water0 -

3 grain organic seed bread slice with Philadelphia light with grilled peppers, ham and cucumber
Cheddar with mustard seeds

Last night's dinner: delicious pan-seared chicken thighs with a sherry glaze, steamed buttery spinach over home-braised chickpeas, sliced tomato.
Today's totally bog-standard lunch: turkey and provolone on 7-grain with honey mustard, lettuce, and tomato; apple on the side.
Unpictured is this morning's breakfast, which was my first attempt at anything resembling Smitten Kitchen's huevos rancheros. It was... delicious, but disastrously ugly because I screwed up the flip and made a giant mess. Oh well.0 -

Nothing recently photographed but this was a few nights ago... BBQ tofu wrap with lite bleu cheese dressing. After 20 years, I've finally mastered the art of tofu and now I want to eat it every freaking day.
