    It has to be on a website. You can post it to something like photobucket or flickr, then get the url for the picture, which will look something like

    http://www.webservername.com/photoname.jpg

    and then you have to put the link in your post like [ img]http://www.webservername.com/photoname.jpg[/img ]. but you have to remove the leading and trailing spaces in the img tags, and you have to make sure img is in lowercase.

    I don't have a photo to share but i have a story.... I was at an art festival this weekend in a red, form-fitting maxi dress and got several compliments from people.
    One of the vendors actually told me that my husband/boyfriend must be a VERY confident man to let me out of the house in a dress like that!!
    I was taken aback and felt amazing the rest of the day! it is wonderful what a few kind words can do for your confidence.
