in Success Stories
I'm 5'7" and here are my before and afters! I started at 310 and got down to 247 before finding MFP. It was a lifesaver because it was getting more and more difficult to get the weight off. I had no idea what I was doing so I was feeling like giving up. I seriously never thought I could do it, but if I can, so can you! I have 60 lbs. to go, and there's no doubt in my mind I'm going to make it!
