So I read The China Study...

And sweet jeebus this book comes off as arrogant. I had trouble reading some of it due to that. Particularly the parts of the book critiquing Atkins the man instead of simply giving a courteous debate of his points.

    Yes... the China Study is full of arrogance - also number spinning, correlation rather than causation, and shaky science.

    I think being a vegetarian/vegan can be perfectly healthy, but so can being an omnivore.

    I think it's all in how you balance your diet, you can eat everything and still not eat the RIGHT amount of everything. :)

    I just recently decided to change my ways and become vegan, but I have yet to read the China Study. That's a must-read on my list now. I really want to see for myself what it's all about.
