    Congratulations! You are doing so well! I love seeing your before and after pictures. Thank you for being brave enough to post them for us. I haven't had a full body photo of me taken in 3 years. I guess I should try to do that tonight. Thank you for the inspiration and the motivation.

    Kudos for posting your success. It really helps me and other people as well. I can't even force myself to take pictures of myself so I have a before and after. I know I will regret it if I don't take them.
