PC greek yogurt frozen bars-- 90 cals a pop BUT They are satisfying--AND I FIND THEM VERY RICH for only 90cals! I also love the fact that they take time to eat-- thus longer time to enjoy!! (Not like a cookie you gobble up--- these take time to eat )
THEY are also a good source of calcium so it's not empty cals
My fave is caramel or mango0 -

Not sure about Walmart but they have them in pretty much any grocery store. They're in the frozen food section usually with the waffles and things.0 -
My calorie limit for the day is 1200
Sorry I should have been more specific, I was meaning how many calories would you allocate for dessert? So what calorie limit would dessert be so it won't be considered "blowing your food"?0 -
i mixed cottage cheese with chocolate protein pudding tonight.. sometimes i'll mix it with grapes instead.
I also make protein cakes and top with sugar free jam
Or you can have a jolly rancher if you want candy.
Really you can have anything you want if you "budget right" or exercise more0 -
All good ideas. And sometimes just a mini-midgee Tootsie Roll or two will hit the spot for me.0

Today I discovered the answer to my prayers asking for a dessert that won't blow my food plan for the whole day. Here it is.....Jello Mousse!!!! Not the little cups in the refrigerated section, the box with the packet that you add milk to. Yum! It was chocolatey, fluffy, and decadent feeling. Yea...I am super excited...can you tell??? I am a dessert lover and have really struggled with my after dinner sweet cravings and while this may do the trick I like some variety in my diet. Does anyone else have any desserts they found that cure that craving that won't leave me eating lettuce the rest of the day?
Chocolate cheesecake. Yum0 -
Almost very night I have pie apple sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and topped with thick Greek yogurt. A big bowl is only about 150 cals. Yum.0

If I have 200 calories for dessert than it's Gelato or Ice cream, if I have more calories its cheesecake, or ice cream and cookies. All depends on how the rest of my day was. Right now I'm working my way through a chocolate cheesecake and 8 boxes of Girl Scout cookies :drinker:
The Twix ice cream bars are really good
Moderation is a wonderful thing0
