    Aw thank you so much! Looking back over old pics, I do realise that I don't look too happy in them at all. I didn't even realise it at the time, but I was feeling "blegh" most of the time - often sluggish, bloated and just unhappy with my body. I now feel more energised, alert and am gaining confidence in my body.

    Thanks! I agree, I love being able to fit into some of my old clothes I had lost hope of ever fitting into again! And buying new clothes in smaller sizes! I just wish I had got that dress out a bit sooner so I could still wear it when it fit properly...ahh well. Definitely going to get it altered!
