Insanity (Women)!

Hey everyone!

I'm starting insanity on Monday, and wondered if anyone was interested in starting too- motivation is needed!

I find it so hard to stick to any form of exercise because I don't like it and love food too much..:laugh: I've done various workouts like jillian michaels before, but something always ends up changing my eating habits back (in a bad way)... I go away the end of june and want to get into shape and tone up! Insanity is the perfect program to do because of the length of it and the amazing results it gets, and so i REALLY want to give it a go and stick to it!!

    I just started month 2 on Monday, but feel free to add me if you need motivation...I'm going to finish Insanity (May 11th) and then go right into a round of T25 Alpha/Beta and Gamma phase which will take me right up to my vacation at the end of August.

    I post my exercise everyday - I am not a BB coach...so I don't have a "team" for you to join, but I will gladly motivate and try to keep you accountable...if you need it
