breakfast was homemade chicken and veggie soup (I'm out of breakfast items and money)
lunch was a Pink Lady Apple and
Spinach salad with chicken, goat cheese, sliced honey roasted almonds, strawberry poppyseed dressing.
Pre-workout snack will be one cup vanilla almond milk and one scoop garden of life raw protein powder
dinner will be elk steak and broccoli florets0 -

Everyone at work says they want my lunches but they never have the balls to eat it when I offer them some.

I put 1c baby carrots and 1/2 fuji apple in cuisinart and chopped them up.
I put them in a bowl, then mixed in 1 T raisins, 1 teaspoon mayo, a little salt.
I ate it with 2 oz cooked chicken meat.
Variations: instead of mayo, use olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Can also put in things like celery, black olives, chopped almonds, etc.

Love cottage cheese! It is so versatile! I love mixing it with stuff depending on what I'm in the mood for...my go-tos are usual: salsa, sugar free pudding mix (so good!...tastes like cheesecake!), fruit, cinnamon with sugar (or splenda), parmesan cheese0 -
