            More lean protein, less carbs and sugar. I have a vicious sweet tooth so indulging that had to go and substituting fruit. I was actually eating pretty well but needed to portion control. I've pretty much given up sodas to just one a week, if that, substituting water or low calorie gatorade. Only allowing myself wine when I have the net calorie surplus to allow it which is usually on the weekend when I've busted my butt all day and burned a boat load of calories.0

            Hello recently had health issues and trying to get back on track. I gained 40lbs over the past year that I would love to get back off. I started yesterday wish me luck.
