I'm from Bakersfield CA. I'm 30 years old and hit the 300lb mark. decided it was time to change started diet and gym 2 weeks ago, and I'm like it but the diet part is a lil of a struggle. thought I would post something to just say hi maybe meet a few people with knowledge and support. thanks.
