Just kidding!

Although I am having a bit of a bad mommy complex because this years cake only had one layer of sugar cookie covered in icing rather than two layers each covered in icing, before the rainbow bit cake also covered in icing and candy melts

Do I go to cake heaven or cake hell?

Please note: my daughter decorated her own cake....thank God....I think she did better than I would have :laugh:

    Mon dieu! That looks amazing. I'm not very creative but I would have never thought of doing a sugar cookie layer, much less two.

    Ahhh yes, my plan is working!

    I meant to lure people in.....angry mobs of the cauliflower haters....ready to spank me for making my kid each such nonsense for her birthday.......only to SHOCK them into OMG this cake is delicious!

    Just joking. If I was going to eat cake (which I don't, as a rule) I would NOT eat cauliflower cake with yogurt-kale frosting either. There are appetizing ways to eat cauliflower but including it in cake would not be one of them. Cauliflower is not a satisfactory substitute for wheat flower so I don't even try it. But good on you for making us laugh. :flowerforyou:
