Total weight lost: 1.2 lbs. so far this month, not counting the pound I gained in the first week and had to lose again. I feel like I'm doing pretty good but deal with water weight gain after excess sodium intake. I don't know that I'll hit my goal for the month, but I've seen weirder things happen.

Looking at these numbers, I'm a little surprised because I don't feel like I've been on track at all lately. When I first started out [in January] I would be really good during the week & then maybe have a 'cheat' day on Saturday or Sunday, or when a friend spontaneously wanted to go out. I was eating tons of veggies & foods that were low calorie and easy to track. It was easy for me. These days, it seems like I'm going over my goal every other day & eating a lot of foods that I can't track accurately. I'm super stressed & school is kicking my butt. A good reminder-to-self that I don't have to be perfect all the time to keep making progress. :]0 -
