Looking for a youtube video for beginning yoga

Hi there, I am interested in starting yoga. I don't have access to gym so I will be relying on youtube. I was hoping someone would recommend a youtube video to me. thanks :)

Plus she has had like three kids and realy know what she is talking about. I love this one but it is hard, I wont lie. it has taken me how long to be able to get through the entire thing but now I feel so accomplished and stretched. it really works up a sweat too.

    I wouldn't recommend starting yoga with a video. The alignment of your body is everything in yoga, and if you're not aligned correctly you won't get the benefit of the postures at best, and at worst you could really hurt yourself. It really is worth paying for beginner's lessons to start with, to make sure you're practising safely.
