      Thank you, everyone for all your supportive replies. This has been a challenging road but one well worth it. I have never been this small in my life so I am almost beyond words in saying how good this feels. I have yo yo dieted all my life but this time feels different. I think the two big differences are having MFP and being more in control of my food than ever before and having gotten lower than ever before. In the past I got to about a size 16 and then got bored and let the weight slip back on. I am not bored in the least with this and I love how I feel and how I look. I still have weight to loose but if it takes 6 months or a year that will not stress me out because I am so incredible proud of how far I have come. This is my lifestyle now and I am never going back to where I was!
